We are highly experienced with these machines and currently run a fleet of 8 -10 Robocuts, as such we know them extremely well and are able to solve a lot of minor issues over the phone, we can also offer advice and informal training to your staff as well as advising on what tools we recommend for ongoing servicing/maintenance & changing heads as well as recommending what spares should be carried as a matter of course.

We are one of McConnels largest parts stockist and the biggest stockist of Robocut spares, with most parts available for next day delivery (on orders before 2:30pm)
We stock all common wearing parts, filters, fluids and consumables as well as a huge range of other miscellaneous fixings, fixtures and components. Running our hire fleet gives us the experience & knowhow to stock the right parts and diagnose issues quickly & efficiently.
McConnel Robocut Servicing & Repairs
We also offer Servicing & general repairs. This would ordinarily carried out in our workshop equipped with dedicated service ramp,specialist tools and resources, we can in certain circumstances offer on-site servicing, repairs & emergency recovery (subject to availability).
We can offer fixed price servicing or work can be carried out at a competitive hourly rate.
